Glam

The whole episode is one for Glam. He's first shown to be sternly working in his office. When he sees what the teacher did to his son's hair, he switches gears to a friendly demeanor, putting on Glam Rock makeup as a form of professional attire. While he acts polite to the teachers, a twinge of menaced leaks out when subtly referring to what they did before politely leaving. It's after he's left do they notice the glitter bomb he had left in his chair, vandalizing the whole class. This tells us that he's an eccentric, even campy individual that runs on Tranquil Fury and will not put up with anyone who messes with his family.
