What does my order status mean? (Unfulfilled, Fulfilled, Shipped)

If your order is marked as “Unfulfilled” it means it has been successfully submitted to Art of Tea and is now in production. If your order is marked as “Fulfilled” it means that your order is in the final stages of production and is ready to be shipped. If your order is marked as “Shipped” it is in transit and an email has been sent with tracking information to the email address on your account.
