What does the Torpidity setting in the Wild Dinos section in Advanced settings?

What does the Torpidity setting in the Wild Dinos section in Advanced settings mean? Tried 0.01 and 6.0, didnt change the dino's torpidity in any way, fired tranq arrows, still did the same ammount of torpor in each setting. Then what does it do? Is it perhaps bugged, or completely useless?

I have no clue. But isnt it the other way around. The amount of torpor wild dinos inflict on player?

Hmm, then the setting description wouldn't make sence. It says "Increased torpor gain by wild dinos"

I think it changes how fast they drain torpor when you tranq them. It won't change the amount of torpor you do with each individual shot, but having them drain torpor more slowly will make it easier to knock them out.
