Let me begin by saying that just about every crafty person I know has a Cricut Explore Air™ 2 machine and loves it. And, for whatever reason, I’ve been sitting over here without one, until now.

Even though I was familiar with the machine, I had never used one before, and therefore didn’t have any firsthand experience.

To my pleasant surprise, when I set my machine up, there was a project already preloaded into it, and everything I needed to make it was supplied. Isn’t it adorable?

I knew that it was a cutting machine that you could use to make t-shits and mugs, and it could also write, but it is so much more than that.

What is a Cricut Explore Air 2

In a nutshell, the Cricut Explore Air 2 is a creative tool that cuts, writes, and scores a variety of materials for you to make projects with.

Using the Cricut design space, you can choose from 3,000 ready-to-make projects or create one of your own. The pre-designed projects contain all of the information you need, including a supply list and directions.

With Cricut Access Standard, you have unlimited access to 370+ fonts and over 30,000+ images, some of which are exclusives. Plus, you’ll receive 10% off your purchases. How fun is that?

One of my absolute favorite features is that is it wireless. This is an extremely important feature for me since I only use a desktop.

This machine is also cloud-based, which means I can design a project from anywhere using a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone.
