Following the news of Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song’s engagement, the Home Alone actor is one of the hottest names on social media right now. 

The pair have been together for around four years, and welcomed their first child, a son called Dakota, into the world nine months ago.

The couple were said to have met on the set of the 2019 film Changeland, before moving in together.

As well as raising their baby, they share three cats - Apples, Dude, and Santa - and a fish called Cinnamon.

The actor became well-known from an early age, thanks to playing the role of Kevin McCallister in the Home Alone movie franchise. 

The child-star went on to appear in more 90s hit films and TV series like The Nutcracker (1993), Richie Rich (1994) and Frasier (1994). The actor more recently went on to perform in American Horror Story. 

Recently, the TV and film star spoke to Esquire about parenting.

He joked: "We practice a lot."

Adding: "We're figuring it out, making the timing work. Because nothing turns you on more than when your lady comes into the room and says, 'Honey, I'm ovulating'."

To mark his 40th birthday last year, Song shared a heartfelt post to her Instagram account.

She said: "I could sit here and write endlessly about how wonderful, kind, loving, genuine, loyal, honest, brilliant and hilarious you are, and how grateful I am that I get to share and do this life thing with you.

"But firstly, that would take me an eternity and secondly, you won't even see this because you don't ever use instagram. Hahaha. My unicorn that I never thought could exist, I am the luckiest person in the world because I am loved by you."
