ok, this is very simple. it all relates to your chest size to your belly size. say your chest is 58 and your belly is 58. you need a 4XB. say you got a little less belly going on, more like a 50. you are a solid 4XL. there will be people who tell you they are the same. as i huge fat man who carries it most in the belly, i can assure you 100% that they are not the same thing. i can wear a 4XL, but not if a plan to close the zipper. if closing the zipper matters to me, i must pass on the 4XL and get that 4XB Abigail's dad · December 13, 2022 23 people found this helpful. Yes | Report the 4xl is standard fitting but times 4. the 4xlt is same fitting girth wise as a 4xl. but the shirt itself is longer. and the sleeves are longer. the 4xb is standard 4x sleeve length. but with an average of 3-5 inches in the chest area and average of 3 inches in neck area. when compared to 4xlt. now each manufacturer cuts differently. and most of them you can find the measurements on their page. but the xb has a larger chest and neck area compared to the xlt, and xl and the xlt has longer shirt and sleeve length compared to the xl, and xb. Do you? | Report I think that Kingsize Direct mainly uses the "4X-Big" just to differentiate between the regular length, and the tall length.So 4XL and 4X-Big are the same thing.If you specifically wanted the "Tall" length, look for "4X-Tall" or "4XLT".
