Vos is another word for "you", but it's not used commonly, if at all, in most of Latin America (inc. @blue936 Correction: It's not really used in Mexico. I can't speak for the rest of Latin America though. I heard that it's only really used in Spain, but that link said it's also used in Rio de la Plata (Argentina)
