Opportunity for a sizable bonus
Cons
No upward mobility as a buyer. Buyers vs management roles are outnumbered like 20:1 so it takes forever to get promoted, if ever. Plenty of people have been buyers for 10+ years there trying to get promoted and never have. Not even an opportunity to become Sr buyer. Do not give adequate raises. 1-4%, with 4% being the maximum if you score the highest rating on sales and performance. Not flexible, only 1 WFH day per week

Summer Fridays, benefits. Peers are great people and support system.
Cons
Management is arrogant and out of touch with the actual needs of the business. Most buyers are working endless hours while management continually gives unclear direction and sets goals that are not achievable. There is no margin for error and the management team is not aligned so you are often blamed or scolded for things you never received proper communication on. Lastly the management team lacks respect and empathy for their employees, they do not care about your personal life, often pushing back on vacation requests, WFH requests, and rarely consider your availability when planning work travel.

Worked from home and was very monotonous. Does not pay very well but an okay job overall if you need an extra wfh job.
Cons
Management is very talkative and will contact you for absolutely no reason. If youre used to working independently, kiss that goodbye.
