Please thanks Anonymous answered There is no specific level that electabuzz evolves. As soon as you have one you trade it while it's holding the electralizer which you find on wild elekid's. Anonymous answered Don't trade use electrizer to evolve electabuzz and use magmarizer to evolve magmar.give theelectrizer and train it and it will evolve. Anonymous answered Electabuzz evolves into Electivire when traded holding an Electirizer. He doesnt evolve in levels, he evolves when you give him the electrizer, and then you trade him, and then he evolves.
