Togetic will then evolve into Togekiss when it is exposed to Shiny Stone. Togepi is a small round yellow Pokemon that is half encased in its egg to show that it is just a baby. The shell has red and blue shapes on it which suggests that the body beneath the shell has the same. It has stubby little hands and feet and five spikes on its head which almost look like a crown and from which he can release poison.Togepi has a great special ability and is able to siphon the positive energy from others and then distribute it to those who need it most. They are extremely happy Pokemons and that is why they share happiness around. As Togepi is a baby Pokemon, he generally acts childishly and appears impervious to danger; extra care should always be taken to keep them safe, much like you would with a child. In Generation IV, Togepi HeartGold seems to have a shell that is filled entirely with happiness and is therefore spread generously. When treated kindly, Togepi HeartGold will share good luck with those around. Meaning you need to make it as happy as possible, never let it faint, talk to it a bunch, and give it stuff that makes it happier. I suggest using the shell bell and train it in ilex Forrest, where extrasensory will be super effective on just about everything (oddish and zubat are most common). Mine was level 14 in about a half hour from this training. Oddish you encounter are usually lvl 6 and give you 66 exp each time you KO one. Zubat gives about 56 exp.
