Nov 20, 1999 22,994 779 126 I'm asking cuz i just bought this free standing punching bag http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de...115?v=glance&s=sporting-goods&n=507846 and i want it so the base is as heavy as possible and it doesn't get knocked over or move around when i'm punching the bag. thanks.

I wasn't going to go that far; it isn't needed and is way over the head of most in OT Just simple facts that a lot of people overlook. gold is measured in troy ounces, and a troy pound is 12 ounces. Therefore 16 imperial ounces of feathers > 12 troy ounces of gold. Also, a troy ounce is a little more than a imperial pound. E
