Antioch Unified School District Public operates two high schools, four middle schools, and multiple elementary schools in the area. The four middle schools are: Antioch Middle School, Park Middle School, Black Diamond Middle School and Dallas Ranch Middle School. The two high schools consist of Antioch High School and Deer Valley High School. A big majority of private institutions in the community are religious; among them we find the following private elementary and middle schools: Cornerstone Christian Academy, Holy Rosary Elementary School, Hilltop Christian School, Kinder Care Learning Center, Antioch Christian School, Golden Hills Christian School and Great Beginnings Elementary School. Private high schools in Antioch include: Heritage Baptist Academy (K-12), Delta Christian High School, Cornerstone Christian Academy and Promised Land Christian High School. For higher education, residents have the option to attend the Western Career College, which is located on Lone Tree Way. Also, in Antioch, the Event First Aid & Safety Service offers CPR and First Aid Training on its location at 201 G Street, 2nd and G streets.

Antioch Library of the Contra Costa County Library is located across the street from Antioch Middle School. The library provides both physical and online collections, and users require a free library card to access most of the services. Databases and services available through the Contra Costa County Library include: California Missions eBooks, Elementary School Research, Middle School/ High School Research, Social Studies Fact Cards and Tumble Book Library. The library offers Homework Help for kids, consisting on lessons from textbooks used in California for science k-8, National Geographic Kids Education, Encyclopedia, articles, games, activities, maps, photos and videos. A similar program is available for teens.
