If I were to wear green shorts I would enjoy the contrast of a CREAM colored shirt, how dressy it is depends on the type of short. I would then accentuate it with a scarf or really comprehensible pendant necklace and a nice flat or heel, preferably tan or red. With this type of outfit it's important to be creative and fun. Flaunt your style!

I like the idea of the Cream shirt although I'd rather pair it with a plain white T. Other options are of course Black, Camel, Yellow even. Cream does look good with green shorts! Pair it with gold accessories and you will just look fab! I also like to experiment with color blocking... Pastel pinks, yellows and even peach colors work well with green. If the color is too loud, I'd usually tone it down with neutral pieces. :) another colour to go with green would definitely be pink or even brown perhaps but i think that white would look very sleek classy and fresh but play around with ideas and have fun with it
