An adventurous 30-something who loves all the things! As a fellow ambitious woman, I realized that there was ONE thing that helped me do ALL things better.

That one thing: mastering my fitness routine.

I struggled with enjoying fitness once I became an adult and I’m a Physical Therapist.

I hated the gym and hated running (they bored me to tears). I craved variety and flexibility.

I wanted my workout routine to be fun and simple. Is it too much to ask to be entertained while you sweat?!

I thought I would hate home workouts, but turns out, they’re fun, efficient (most are 30 minutes), flexible, & have tons of variety.

All I needed to bring it all together was a road map to follow (I get totally lost without directions) and a group of women to chat with about my workouts & life.

After seven years, I finally found something that worked and I was so pumped I never had to worry about my fitness routine again.

I convinced my bff Marcie to co-run a group with me we call The Girl Squad, so other women, like you have everything they need in one place to master their home workouts & create an ambitious life filled with growth & adventure.

The movers have officially came & we are left with an empty house —   Thankfully, we are downsizing & my parents havent yet inherited the foam mattress that I bought after PT school from #amazon after selling back my PT books for amazon Last morning coffee in my favorite place in Wisconsin, our porch.   Movers come any time now & we’re out of Wisconsin by this weekend.   SO bittersweet.
