When Are Class Ranks Released? How Can I Find My ... - CollegeVine

I go to a public high school, and I am currently a freshman. Our counseling staff told us about our class rank in a presentation this year, but did not tell us when our rank would be released or where we could find it. If it helps, we use the system PowerSchool.

It's something you would have to consult with your Guidance Dean about it, because at a lot of high schools, students aren't allowed to know their rank but their own. You should email them about it, or whoever has access to that information.
Some extra info: Class rank for my school (and to my knowledge, for a lot of high schools) changes every semester. For our school, semester grades are what contribute to GPA, which determines class rank. I don't know if your school works the same way, but if they calculate GPA by semester grades, odds are you already have a set class rank, it just won't be the most updated until they've finalized grades for 2nd semester. Again, if you want to see your current class rank, your best bet would just be to email your Guidance Dean directly, and I'm sure they'd be glad to help you!

Email your counselor, they should have the information. Also, ask your friends if they have gotten their class rank back yet, usually after it's released everyone's talking about it. So it probably hasn't been released yet if you haven't heard about it from anyone. Your school may want to release it after the school year is over.
