The popular singer and rapper took the internet by storm when she revealed her baby bump at her 2021 BET Awards performance alongside her husband, Offset and his group, Migos, yesterday evening. 

Shortly after Sunday’s performance, Cardi B posted an Instagram reveal of her bump with caption “#2” and tagging husband Kiari Kendrell Cephus — better known by his stage name, Offset. 

According to the BBC, the popular artist won two awards at the show: best video and collaboration for one of her songs, truly making her one of the most iconic and famous female artists today.

When exactly is Cardi B due to give birth?

Cardi B’s pregnancy reveal at the BET awards, followed by her Instagram post, has fans speculating about due date. While neither Cardi B nor Offset have revealed any information about the soon-to-be newest addition to their family, we can only speculate at this time.

According to The Insider, Cardi announced her first pregnancy with her daughter in April 2018 during a live performance. Shortly after, on July 10, Kulture Kiari Cephus was born, which tells us that at that time she was six months pregnant.

Using this information, could we perhaps predict that the artist is only comfortable announcing her pregnancy after the start of the third trimester, which means Baby Number Two could potentially be born some time in September 2021.

So… Has Cardi B actually revealed her due date?

Unfortunately, at the moment, the couple haven’t shared any further information; however our predictions are mid-September this year — but at the end of the day, it’s anyone’s guess. Regardless, we can’t wait for the little one to arrive and wish the family all the best.
