When is the next comet event comparable to Neowise to occur for N America? One as bright and as easy to photograph at either dusk or dawn? Thank you.

Answer:

Japanese comet enthusiast Seiichi Yoshida has provided a very nice list of visible comets from the Northern Hemisphere (also for the Southern Hemisphere) that will be visible between December 2020 and November 2025.  This list can provide you with some suggestions for comets that might be bright enough to see with the unaided eye, like Comet Neowise, but might also be visible with a small telescope.
