Order Dispatch means the handover of your order to the postal service

Order Delivery means the order brought to you at your shipping address. 

As a general guideline, orders submitted before 12.00pm on working days are generally dispatched on the same day (subject to the rush of the other orders already in the pipeline). Orders containing fresh vegetables may follow a different schedule. You will receive the tracking code around the midnight on the day your order is dispatched. Please also check your junk email folder and mark that email as safe. If your order is sent in more than one boxes, you will receive more than one separate tracking codes.

Delivery time depends upon the country of shipping. In general orders get delivered next day in Netherlands (including Saturday) Belgium (including Saturday in part of Belgium) and Luxembourg (Monday - Friday), Germany (1 - 2 days, including Saturday), France (2-3 working days) and so on. Also, on the Checkout page, as well as the order confirmation email shows a delivery date estimate. Please note that this date is only an estimate. Actual delivery date may vary based on the schedule of the delivery service itself. If you have date or time restrictions, please inform us immediately.
