I'm curious if anyone knows where Outlanders and Renegades are manufactured. The reason I ask is I recently purchased a both a new Outlander and a Renegade and I was looking at the certificate of origin they came with and they both reference Mexico. "1" is USA, "2" is Canada, "3" is Mexico, etc. My Mexican '08 650XT Outty starts with a "3" , my Skidoo sleds built in Quebec start with "2", my Yamaha sleds all start with "J" for Japan... #3 · Nov 5, 2009 Good to know Mbarry. There are a few slight differences. I think they used some left over '07 parts on the Canadian built Renny. Clamp instead of springs on the header pipe. Just looked at the tag on my 2008 650XT Outlander and was made 08/2007 and says "made on Mexico" with a 3? Well THIS puts a new spin on the whole thing, wonder if the certain models production were moved to Mexico at different times??? Explains why FatTireRacer's and Chrisj's VIN 2 Canadian Renegade 800X's were made after my VIN 3 Mexican Outy? Chrisj, I might owe you an apology
