You can get a Ventra card online and it will be sent to you. You can also get a new Card from a vending machine or a nearby Ventra retailer.
Once you have a Card, you can add passes or transit value to your Ventra Card by logging into your account on the Ventra app or on the web at ventrachicago.com, as well as at vending machines (at some Pace transit centers and every CTA rail station) and at Ventra retailers. See where to find the nearest Ventra retailer.
