PIN code

You can find the PIN code on the card your SIM card was attached to. This card is included in the Welcome Box.

PUK code

Your PUK code is printed on the same card.

I have forgotten my PIN and PUK code

If you don’t remember your PIN code it is best to enter 3 wrong PIN codes. The device will then ask the PUK code and afterwards you can enter a new PIN code of your choice.

Attention: if 10 wrong PUK codes are entered during the life of the card it will be permanently deactivated and it will need to be replaced.

If you don’t remember or can’t find the PUK code it can be recovered in several ways:

  • Via the Customer Zone. As the person responsible for the contract, you have access to an overview of the PUK codes of your employees in the ‘Fleet management’ menu.
