i heard mushroom desert was where the rabbis spawn but idk where it was i found a rabbit on a palm tree on the water bit now

Yeah, just head to the desert settlement and keep going forward until you see a jungle biome with sugarcane and a pond. They should spawn around there along with sheep; can't really miss it.
