Fig. HO2S1 location "2" on 3.8L Fig. HO2S2 location "4" on 3.8L Hope this helps (remember to rate and comment this answer).

Rear of engine compartment on exhaust manifold is heat oxygen sensor (bank 1 sensor 2) Hope this helped you ???

Some exhausts can have up to 4 Oxygen sensors (2 on each side). Your diagnostic codes extracted from your vehicle's computer will identify which one needs attention. Cheers,

DTC P0156 indicates the output voltage of the downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) is less than some calibratable functional window. The possible causes are:
Since you didnt specify the engine size in your vehicle - please see the diagram below for the location of the sensor(s)
