  The remake, or what I saw of it, might have better flow, but overall this was a decent story and it even escapes some dubious reasoning for a harem. One of the problems I have is that in the big reveal where Bella goes on a tirade of an explanation the MC is mute, doesn't have a rebuttal against her abhorrant tactics, questionable motivation, and failed logic. That 1 chance of forgiveness then seems odd. Then again we get a one time decision over whether to forgive Jolene. That all seems a bit rushed, and I can't bring myself to make a decision without talking about it... but of course you can't. At least in ch. 25 you see that she is totally regretful, it is still question-begging about why she helped in the first place.20ReplyReport

  This game tells a story so good I want to restart the game and play the whole thing reaching the endings I want based on the choices I made. But I can't. No matter what I do in earlier eps, I can't get the Bella path based on my choices in ep25. In ep24 I click on Choose Bella/Dump Elaine, and when given the choice between Forgive her or Dump her, I click on Forgive, yet ep25 still tells me I'm not on the Bella path. Until that changes, I don't feel this game has been fully updated.00ReplyReport

    Come to think of it, back when ep24 was the latest ep, it was clear the game was reaching 3 mutually exclusive paths to keeping the most women, a Katie harem, a Monica-Elaine harem, and a Monica-Bella harem (I want to explore all three). And all 3 paths had the same ending at ep24, Bella contacting you to tell you she's pregnant, a good cliffhanger especially in the paths you dump her. But that's gone now, which feels like a serious glitch.00ReplyReport

    This situation happens for the good ending (apparently) when the MC is not involved with Natasha, Elaine, Zarah, or Lily (and possibly more criteria). A [woman] (imagine it to be one of your preferred LIs, previously named or otherwise) arrives on the doorstep with something important to share with MC. The 'surprise'/unexpected twist is a common tactic when ending dramatic stories. It's probably meant to imply/suggest that there is more to be written, even though that's the end of this story.00ReplyReport
