You can use gas pumps at gas stations to refuel your car. After electricity off, you have to connect a generator to power the pump. #2 Neren View Profile View Posts 7 May, 2020 @ 9:46am You should be able to find empty gas canisters / filled ones at gas stations. If electricity is shut off, find a generator, read a book on how to use them and wire it up to the gas station and turn it on to use the gas pumps. You do need at least a little bit of gas to operate the generator though, you can just siphon some from some unusable cars.
