Where to find Spider-Man Mythic Web-Shooters in Fortnite

To locate Spiderman’s Web-Shooters, you’ll need to head to any of the 11 designated areas on the Fortnite map. When you’re in these locations, you’ll then need to keep a keen eye out for the superhero’s spiderwebs.

• Once you’ve found the webs, you’ll need to look around the area on vertical surfaces located slightly above ground level for Peter Parker’s backpacks, which will be stuck to whatever surface with another web.
• After interacting with these, you’ll have a 90% chance of obtaining one, so if you’re lucky, the Mythic item will be yours relatively easily.

It’s also worth noting that there are two versions of the Web-Shooter, with one containing unlimited shots, and the other limited to a maximum of 80 shots. During the Amazing Web Week event, which takes place from March 1 to March 9, you’ll also be able to find Spider-Man’s Web-Shooters by searching Chests – although they’re still a rare item so don’t expect to get them in every Chest.

• With the Web-Shooters equipped, simply aim at a surface that isn’t too far from where you are. A circular UI element will appear with a rotating inner wheel, indicating that you’re able to web-sling to that particular spot.
• Press the fire button, and you’ll zip over. Control your character, and then press the jump button, aim at another surface, and fire again.
• If you chain these correctly and don’t sling to objects that are too low, you’ll be able to keep slinging for a decent amount of time.

After a bit of practice, you’ll be a master of web-slinging just like Peter Parker. Web-slinging at certain points of the map – especially wider, open areas – can be difficult, but when used correctly, you’ll be feeling as if you’ve stepped into the shoes of Spidey yourself.

How to complete Amazing Web Week Quests in Fortnite

A special Amazing Web Week will take place in Fortnite from March 1 to March 9. During this week, Web-Shooters will appear in Chests and there will be a new set of quests to complete. Here are all of the Amazing Web Week Quests in Fortnite:

• Swing 10 times with Spider-Man’s Web-Shooters before landing (1)
• Travel 25 meters with Spider-Man’s Web-Shooters in different neighborhoods (3)
• Deal damage while airborne from a Bouncer (350)
• Launch off a Bouncer with a Quadcrasher and land tricks
• Collect a Spider-Man Web-Shooter (1)

These quests will provide you with XP as a reward, which is a great opportunity to level up and max out that Battle Pass before Chapter 3: Season 1 comes to an end.
