Regieleki and Regidrago are two new Legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Sword and Shield's Crown Tundra DLC.

During your playthrough, you'll only get to choose one - so choose wisely!

Regieleki has a base 200 speed, making it the fastest Pokemon available currently, beating out Deoxys' Speed Forme by 20 points.

Regidrago is a tank with base 200 HP, ranking fifth all-time amongst high-HP Pokemon. It's 200 HP places it 10 points above Wobbuffet, who has 190 base HP.

Here's the full base stats for both Regieleki and Regidrago:

Regieleki vs. Regidrago

So, which one should you choose? Given that Regieleki's 200 base Speed is higher than that of any other Pokemon, this almost guarantees that Regieleki will attack first in any situation, making it a powerful addition to any team composition.

Paired with its signature move Thunder Cage, you'll be able to deal massive damage and trap opposing Pokemon in the process, dealing damage over a number of turns.

A major glaring weakness for Regieleki, though, are Ground-type Pokemon, as they are immune to its Electric-type moves. So, you'll need a different strategy for these encounters.

Regidrago is more of a tank Pokemon with its 200 HP base stats, so it's able to soak up massive amounts of damage while also laying down some massive damage thanks to its Dragon Orb ability that powers up Dragon-type moves.

Overall, we think Regieleki is the better option of the two, and should see some experimentation in competitive play based on its Speed stat alone.
