None of them. Grams are a measurement of weight, and these spoons measure volume.The70th · March 3, 2014 24 people found this helpful. Do you? Each powder has a different density so it will differ in how much "space" it takes up. Just don't make the mistake of thinking they are all alike; weigh EACH separate compound and transfer to the spoon closest to its quantity and make notes of whether it doesn't quite fill the "tad" spoon, or it fills the "dash" but it is slightly rounded on the top (and so on). But if you are only measuring one ingredient/herb/mineral then you won't need to make notes, just remember which spoon you used and if it was a little less or a little more than level. see less You CAN use these spoons as a convenience to measure small amounts by weight IF you first put the powder on a micro scale which is capable of weighing 1 gram or less; then you carefully transfer that amount to see which spoon it most closely fills. Do you? | Report as someone mentioned, a teaspoon is approximately 5 grams. the closest you'll come is a 1/4 teaspoon flat, will be about 1 gram / 1000 miligrams.Kathryn · May 15, 2018 11 people found this helpful. Do you? | Report As pointed out, the weight to volume thing will work for somethings, not others, but with water, 1 tablespoon = 1/2 ounce = 14 grams. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon, so for 1 gram, you're looking for about 1/5th teaspoon as 1 teaspoon = 4.67 grams (of water). If you're measuring spice, that won't be accurate. If you're measuring liquid like, vanilla, you'll be close. As Mike pointed out the "tad" would be closest. A tad is slightly more than a gram (of water).E. Lewis · May 13, 2014 5 people found this helpful. Do you? | Report Teaspoonowen mcdevitt · May 2, 2021 One person found this helpful. Do you? | Report Hello Dee, Those spoons measure teaspoons only -- and they are not precise at that either. To measure grams you need a scale. Your package should have instructions of how many grams AND how many teaspoons are needed for a daily dose. The relationship between grams and teaspoons (the density) is different for every material. In a nutshell: Don't use those spoons. Get a better set of spoons (from the drugstore) if you can figure out how many teaspoons you need. Otherwise, buy a milligram scale from Amazon for about $12.Wentworth Higginson · March 3, 2014 3 people found this helpful.
