Spiced Apple Collins

  • 50 ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 15 ml Cinnamon-Honey Syrup
  • 25 ml Soda Water

DEWAR’S CHERRY EMBER SOUR

  • 50 ml DEWAR’S 12 Year Old
  • 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Cherry Juice
  • 15 ml Maple Syrup
  • 1 pipette Miracle Foamer or Egg White

Coconut Toddy

  • 50 ml DEWAR'S 12 Year Old
  • 100 ml Hot Coconut Water
  • 1 Pinch Ground Clove or Nutmeg
  • 10 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Optional: Squeeze of Lemon Juice to balance
