Wholemeal Flour Edmonds Wholemeal Flour is made from all parts of the wheat grain, suitable for wholemeal baking or for adding a wholemeal texture when used with Edmonds Standard Grade or High Grade Flour. Recommended for use in wholemeal cakes and muffins, wholemeal biscuits, wholemeal bread, and can be used in place of breadcrumbs for coating.
