As I was reading through your post I recognised the same patters I had when I was the same age as you (I'm closer to 20 now), and I think you are asexual.

Low libido is not connected to sexual attractions, that could be the side effect of the medication. If you are okay with not being horny, but if it bothers you, I suggest talking about it to your gyne.

As I mentioned above, romantic and sexual orientation is not connected to the lack of libido. Romantic attraction can be fluid, or even be different from sexual interest (for instance I have a heteroromantic bisexual friend). Having crushes can vary to, but it surely can indicate sexual orientation. 

"Asexuality is having little or no sexual interest toward others" (AVEN definition, I hope I remembered right 😅)

 

Saying that because have no experience in sexual contact you can't be ace is nonsense. Many people are sex repulsed, and some people even try to avoid seeing naked bodies. 

 

As for the coming out and explaining, I recommend taking very little steps at a time. Here on AVEN are a lot of good articles about it. I think you should always start by explaining what sexuality is, and if they take it in an OK way, you can go further.
