Hi! For the last couple of weeks my leg have started shaking when I stretch. It happens a lot, and espesially when I am lying on my back, grabbing the foot and bring it to my chest. Does anyone else have this problem? And what to do? I don't want to stop stretching, but maybe I need to change something? I stretch for the splits 2- 3 times pr. week.
