That actually goes with all top picked heroes... Trying to stigmatise only some of them is just sad. Octane or wraith just has escape mechanic which allows them to play more agressive.

Their escape mechanic is often used to run ahead alone, die in 2s and quit game. Octanes in Arenas are so annoying.
