Why does Eren in his titan form try to kill Mikasa and not eat her ?

On transforming into his titan form to lift the boulder up, he attacks Mikasa. This seems so out of character for a titan. Normally, titans only care about eating humans who are unfortunately killed in the process but when Eren attacks Mikasa , he showed a clear intent to kill her. (http://mangafox.me/manga/shingeki_no_kyojin/v03/c013/8.html ; you can clearly see his curled fists) Moreover, he wanted to kill her so much that in the end he injures himself.

When shifters lose control over their body, they revert back into regular titans as in the case of Ymir , who regained consciousness by eating Berwick. If Eren, did in fact lose control of his body, he would try to eat Mikasa and not kill her instead.

Another thing is that Eren looks furious at Mikasa, almost as if she were the object of his rage.

The entire scene just doesn’t fit right. Could Isayama have been foreshadowing some future event?
