Since the e-liquid is thinner, the atomizer head noise might be more noticeable since it doesn’t have the thickness to dampen the sound.  

You still make the same sounds and do the same thing with your atomizer head regardless of the thickness of your e-liquid; it’s just buffered from the liquid.

Output Power of E-cigarettes 

You can expect your starter kit to be louder the more power it has. The pop and crackle of a sub-ohm vape results from powering it up. The coil will heat up much faster, almost instantly, than a coil of higher resistance.  

However, with a sub-ohm vape, the noise will not last as long. Consequently, you tend to draw for a shorter period since much more vapour is produced.

Crackling isn’t the only thing you might hear. If you hear a gurgling or spitting sound, your power might be too low. If your adjustable power vape has low wattage, you may accumulate excess fluid in your atomizer head. Vaping it too slowly causes your coil to flood, causing a gurgling sound or spitting. Increasing your power may help.
