why is having good muscular endurance important?

what does having good muscular endurance do for you?

Netball CoachCoach1 answerANSWERSEleanor DurrPlayer, England

Hi Hafsah,

Muscular endurance is your muscles' having the ability to perform repetitive movement over long periods of time without getting tired. By developing your muscular endurance you will be able to play for longer before fatigue sets in, consequently improving your overall performance, particularly nearing the end of the game.

You can check out our Workout section of the website by adding this to your sport selection on the top navigation bar.

Hope this helps.
