Why is my Card Payment Declined? Why is my Card Payment Declined Even Though I Have Enough Money to Cover the Payment?

Right now we are seeing issues with some Kustom checkout payments. Please select PayPal if you get the error "Sorry your purchase was not approved please contact your bank or use another payment method"

There are several reasons why your payment can be declined by your bank/card issuer. For privacy reasons, HepCat Store does not get information about why your payment was denied bu your bank/Card issuer. Therefore, you need to contact your bank or card issuer to find out what went wrong.

Common reasons for payment denied.

• Card has not been opened for international payments.
• Daily limit has already been spent.
• Card has been blocked due to unusual spending activity.
• The money is in a different account than the card is linked to.
• The personal info you entered doesn’t match bank records.

To protect your privacy your bank does not inform us why the payment was declined. To find out why and solve the issue you need to contact your bank / Card issuer.
