I would like to rent a mailbox and receive mail under another name then have you forward it to me. Is that legal and is it something we can do?

I’ve been thinking about renting a personal mailbox. My one concern was what would happen if I received a parcel was too large to fit. It’s good to know that’s not going to be a problem. I gotta say that there are some good reasons to invest in a personal mailbox especially for businesses.

  Stores have different procedures for this situation. Our store prints a 4×6 label that is placed inside your mail box notifying you when you have package. We store the large package in our mail room or, if it’s a very big item, in our packing area. A matching 4×6 label gets placed on the package itself designating the item with your name and mail box number to prevent confusion.
