Who we are

Will It Make the Boat Go Faster? is a people performance and leadership consultancy that turns strategic ambition into business success. Established in 2012, we bring together deep expertise from elite sport, organisational psychology and senior leadership development to help organisations perform at their best when it matters most.

Our consultants bring experience from the highest levels of sport and business. They each have 10–45 years working alongside executive teams and leaders in complex, fast-moving organisations. Grounded in Olympic-winning principles, we partner with senior teams to turn strategic ambition into aligned action.
