After several years, COD: Black Ops 3 is often celebrated as a fun way to kill zombies and collect easter eggs. In particular, Origins has four elemental staffs that deal considerable damage and have various effects. While three release lightning, fire and ice, there’s also one that shoots wind! After spawning on the map, one of the first things you’ll notice is the massive robots roaming around. Your first objective is to approach these robots and look at their feet.

Under the robots’ feet, you’ll find circles that occasionally glow yellow. Shoot these circles to make them open up, allowing you to enter the robot’s leg and teleport to the head. Within the head, you’ll find the Wind Staff piece. Repeat this three times to get each part before finding the other staff parts and building the staff.

Once you’ve built the staff, head to the Crazy Place and find the large rings near the yellow portal. You’ll see various symbols, which you must align in a specific way by shooting the rings. The image above shows the exact order.

The next step is to leave the Crazy Place and head to three separate locations. Each spot has smoke spots you’ll have to move using the Wind Staff. With the staff, direct the smoke towards the Excavation Site. Below are each of the three spots:

• Next to Generator 4 (Jug), near the floor light and “4” on the ground
• Next to Generator 5, near the Stamin-Up machine, past the wall
• In No Mans Land, behind the tank and near the church

After dealing with the smoke, head to the Excavation Site and find the massive rings. Turn each one until the lights turn yellow. Shoot the orb that appears near the rings until it disappears to move on to the final step.

Lastly, return to the Crazy Place and use the Wind Staff on the yellow pedestal. Kill a few dozen zombies to feed the staff and upgrade it!
