   Microsoft store Code: 0x80072EE7

   Here is some general feed back on this issue which has several forums as to how to fix the problemThis only happens using a particular ID on my sons computer. We created several new accounts and they all work fine but my actual account does not on his pc. What I find appalling are the recommended fixes for such a basic product, you morons actually expect a user to run through the 10-15 different very technical fixes you recommended? Nice product Let’s try this instead…. Fix your crappy software!. The actual fix is to just stop buying MS products through your store until you do. Mak :)

   Windows Store Error code 0x80072EE7 I'm unable to use the store because every time I try I get error code 0x80072EE7. I receive a message that says " We couldn't connect to the server". I have tried everything I could find on the net to resolve this issue to no avail. Does anyone have an idea that will give me a solution to my problem?

   microsoft store error code: 0x80072EE7 Hi, The error code 0x80072EE7 you're receiving when launching your Windows Store app might be due to a variety of reasons. One of which is due to an issue with your DNS or static DNS entries in the HOSTS file. Please provide the answers to the following for us to be able to learn more about your concern:

   • Is your Windows 10 updated? Are there any updates not yet installed?
   • Are your drivers up-to-date, especially your network adapter? If not, you can follow the steps found on this link on how to update your drivers in Windows 10.
   • When did you start encountering the issue? What were the recent changes made before the issue started?
   • Have you checked if you have stable network connection?

   In the meantime, let's reset your Windows Store from Settings:

   • Press the Windows + I keys from the keyboard to launch Settings.
   • Click System, then Apps & features.
   • Locate and click Store.
   • Click Advanced options, then click the Reset button.

   If the above steps didn't work, you can also reset the Windows Store without changing the account settings or deleting the installed applications by following these steps:

   • Press the Windows + R keys from the keyboard to launch the Run dialog window.
   • Type WSReset.exe, then press the Enter key from the keyboard. The Windows Store and a command prompt window will be opened without any message. The Store cache has been successfully reset when the command prompt automatically closes.

   You may check SueL440's answer from this link, where he got to resolve the same error message you're receiving from your Store app. Let us know the result. Regards.
