With a Coach Account or Premium Account, users can create multiple libraries that can help organize and save workouts to make future planning easier. You can access your Workout Library from the Calendar, on the left side of the screen. To use a workout from the Library, simply drag it from the Library to a day on the Calendar.

Web App

Create a new Workout Library by clicking the + at the very top of your Workout Library.

Click the Sort or Filter buttons at the top of your list of libraries to easily search workouts.

Click the next to an individual Library to add a workout to that library. Alternatively, you can drag a workout from your Calendar to your Library to save it there. Click the next to an individual Library to rename, share, or delete it.

Mobile App

You can also access your Workout Libraries to plan on the mobile app. Tap the + to open the menu of available items to add to an athlete's Calendar, and select Library Item.

Please note:

  • Only 5 workouts can be saved in your Library with a Basic Athlete account. You must upgrade to a Premium Account to save more than 5 workouts in your Library.
  • Workout Libraries can be shared with both Premium and Basic accounts.
