What to expect?

During this 60 minute, interactive workshop we will address the following topics:1. What do you find difficult situations?We will make an inventory of some situations that most of the participants perceive as difficult to handle.2. How to stay in connection with the other person?‍We will explain the 5 steps to take into account when it comes to assertive communication and stay in connection (our SCOTA model).3. How to obtain influence and get your message across?We give guidelines on how to get your message across in a constructive way and get to a win-win agreement.4. How can you apply this all?We will practice some real situations.We are building inclusive workplaces, together!Koos Vos and Marianne Slotboom are experts on Connective Conversations and teaching soft skills for tech people. They work with organizations like Typeform, King, Criteo, GFT, ADP, Ubisoft, Wallapop, Xing and many more.
