Xfinity has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I qualify for a free xfi pod and have been told twice that it's on its way, but I still haven't gotten it.I tried calling the third time (the two times prior were via chat messages) and could not get a live person no matter what I said, and finally, the system hung up on me. I have the latest and greatest WiFi system they offer, but the service has weak areas that interrupt service; hence, this is why I need an extender.

3 months ago I agreed to xfinity's mobile service offer of a free mobile service for a year. Although, the savings can be great, I still wouldn't advise that anyone take the offer because xfinity mobile service is the worst, which is multiplied daily by the lack of a reliable customer service program.I didn't think this problem could become any worse until I saw my mobile service bill for the nationally advertised free service. After several calls to xfinity's billing department and being hung up on twice a billing agent attempted to explain the charges after 3 months of horrible service, and for something that is without question "a free service." After listening to a 20 minute explanation of the charges which were supposedly for taxes I asked the agent; Do you know how much 10% of free is? He said nothing, so I asked again but he didn't answer me. Instead, he tried to convince me again that these were legitimate charges for taxes.But I stopped him because I have a huge folder of xfinity advertising that I started 5 years ago after learning that xfinity's billing practices are so dysfunctional it's closer to "intentional dishonesty," than anything else.So, after opening the folder I told him that taxes were never mentioned by xfinity, but more importantly, it still wouldn't change the math as 10% of free is always going to be free. The agent then agreed to correct this billing problem which he said was solely due to their automated system.

Dear Xfinity,I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with your companys handling of my Ultimate TV Package and the appalling customer service I endured on September 14, 2025. The unannounced removal of the Sports and Entertainment Package, including NFL RedZone, combined with a disorganized and ineffective support process, has left me feeling undervalued and misled as a loyal customer.On the morning of September 14, 2025, I discovered that the Sports and Entertainment Package, a key component of my Ultimate TV Package, was no longer included in my service.Shockingly, Xfinity provided no prior notificationno email, no letter, no text, not even a note on my bill. I was forced to uncover this significant change myself, which is unacceptable for a company of your size and supposed commitment to customer satisfaction.My attempt to resolve this issue through your customer service was nothing short of a nightmare. I initiated a chat with an agent, who abruptly stopped responding mid-conversation. Without warning, my phone rang, and it was a technical support representative who had no knowledge of my issue and wasted over 15 minutes resolving nothing.While still on this call, I received another call from Xfinitys security departmentcompletely unrelated to my issueabout an email concern. They transferred me to a fourth representative, who was equally uninformed and unable to provide clear answers. After over 30 minutes of this chaotic runaround, I was finally told that Xfinity had unilaterally decided to discontinue offering NFL RedZone as part of the Sports and Entertainment Package and the Ultimate TV Package, without notifying any customers. This lack of transparency is deceptive and disrespectful.The Sports and Entertainment Package, particularly RedZone, was a primary reason I subscribed to the Ultimate TV Package.Removing it without notice feels like a breach of trust, and the disorganized, multi-department fiasco I endured to get answers only deepened my frustration. Your agents lack of coordination and knowledge reflects poorly on Xfinitys training and operational standards. Customers should not have to navigate a maze of uninformed representatives to address changes you failed to communicate.I demand better from a company Ive entrusted with my business. Xfinity must prioritize clear, proactive communication about service changes and streamline its customer service to avoid wasting customers time.This experience has significantly eroded my confidence in your brand, and I am now reconsidering my subscription. I was trying to get a new phone sim card that never got sent and I cancelled it and I was trying to get cable and they lied to me telling me that I would get some channels which wasn't on the cable so I disconnected it the lady that helped me to uninstall the cable was nice and polite and easy to deal with I've had wi-fi since 24 with Xfinity and I'm ok with that but I would never recommend the cable or phone to anyone else
