We upgraded all of our devices and sent back our old phones.All devices received the upgrade credit in October except for 1 device which although we have been told by at least 13 representatives that it was received and accepted in excellent condition (grade A), we continue to be charged for the same device each month with no credit (this month there are TWO CHARGES). We continue to get the same story that it will be credited in 24 hours, 1-2 hours, 2 weeks, 1 week, 78 hours, to no avail. When I call to ask why, I am constantly told that the previous person did not escalate the ticket but 'rest assured it will be escalated now' NO IT WAS NOT. Xfinity customer service is very poor, you are put on hold for extreme amounts of time (I have not gotten off the phone with a representative in under 45 minutes EVER).It is too bad there is not a better way to communicate and when you ask to speak with a supervisor, again. you are told that the person you are speaking with will help and they do not.

I qualify for a free xfi pod and have been told twice that it's on its way, but I still haven't gotten it.I tried calling the third time (the two times prior were via chat messages) and could not get a live person no matter what I said, and finally, the system hung up on me. I have the latest and greatest WiFi system they offer, but the service has weak areas that interrupt service; hence, this is why I need an extender.
