Celebrity YouTuber couple Shane Dawson and Ryland Adams have recently planted roots in a beautiful Colorado farmhouse after paying $2.2 million. Built in 1964 and originally listing for $1.7 million, the couple loved the house so much they paid $500,000 over asking. Situated on 3.15 park-like acres, the nearly 5,000 square foot updated farmhouse offers a well, water rights, and a fish and wildlife-stocked recreational pond. There is also a beautiful barn complete with an upstairs studio. On the upper level, you will find a magnificent primary retreat and 2 additional bedrooms all with ensuite baths.
