Great Customer Service

I recently needed to return a pair of shoes for my father. Not having the order number, I assumed this would be difficult and we would be taking a loss on the product. Catherine from customer service was fantastic! She looked up the order by name and within minutes I had a shipping label sent to my email.

They fixed my Defective new shoes

I have purchased three pair. I like the shoes and the fit. I did notice that the soles wore our rather quickly. Then, I ordered 1/6/26 and a few days later took them on a 18 day cruise. By the first day of the cruise the sole of one shoe had almost completely separated from the shoe. I'm stuck--I'm away from home with defective shoes, which I have by necessity worn and will have to wear for a couple more weeks. This saddens me. I'll communicate this to the company, but fair warning to potential purchasers.I did contact the company and they said that they will replace the shoes. Good on them and many thanks.

Catherine in Zebas customer service rocks. I know the shoes are quality this is my second pair. They are excellent and very comfortable.I ordered the wrong size. When I notified them I was responded to on the same day.My issue resolved and the proper sized shipped immediately.An excellent shoe and superlative customer service.

Zeba Shoes does not make six E widths.

Zeba Shoes does not make six E width as claimed. shoes were shipped from China not from Las Vegas where they claim to be based. I wear size 9 1/2 but ordered 10 1/2 and the shoes were still too small and narrow. They do not " slip on hands free " as advertised.

Not what they once were

Not what they once were After buying 3 pairs of these shoes I was confident that these were good and reliable.... but I have been proved wrong. My recent purchase of my usual size 11.5 wide version will not fit. These new version make my feet swell and result in red swollen feet. I complained to the maker and was told yes these were not the usaul fit and were not like the normal shoes. ( the pair I recently purchased were navy) all the other i purchased were version of black white and grey.Never again They were not interested in helping me They could care less..... beware and stear clear of this maker.

Zeba shoes are the best!

I have been wearing Zeba shoes for about 3 years now. I love the comfort and ease of putting them on. The pair I have on now is about 3 years old with many miles on them and multiple machine washings. I did get a pair one time that were defective and after sending them a picture of the defect, they did not hesitate to send me another pair. I just ordered another pair and look forward to seeing the new color.

Zeba customer service rocks!! I sent them an email regarding an issue with my Zebas. Their response was to send me another pair. I was 8 months out of warranty at the time!!This is my 2nd purchase and there will certainly be a 3rd and many more.Sam

I bought two pairs 11 months ago

I bought two pairs 11 months ago. Bought the widest ones available with an assurance they would find their own fit. It didn't happen. Shoes always feel tight with too many pinch points. It's a relief when I take them off. Shoe laces never stay tied. After 11 months they still feel like a tight and too small and uncomfortable shoe. The closest store is 400 miles away, so I'm chalking it up to an expensive learning lesson. Shame on me for believing all the advertisements

These shoes are simply the best shoes I've owned in my life. Two years of heavy everyday use and there's little to no wear at all. They slip on easily and I just purchased another pair.

Great shoes , but….

My wife has bought five pairs of shoes from Zeba and loved them all.Recently I bought my first pair of size 10 from them and they were squeaky to the point that I would not wear them. My wife called And they sent another pair, but they also squeaked They worked with us until we were totally satisfied with no shipping cost to us.

At first I loved them, but they fall apart!

At first I loved them, easy to get on and off as they state, but the durability is very poor!! After 3 months of daily use the backs tear off the soles, and I actually take them off by hand gently. I called and actually got someone, they seemed concerned and replaced the pair. Second pair made it 5 months before doing the same thing, very disappointed!! I would NOT recommend at all. Just bought the Sketchers version and I will say the Sketchers are lighter and far more comfortable. The heel is a different design and I expect them to last as long as most my other shoes do, 2-3 years

Got the shoes about a year ago

Got the shoes about a year ago, we’re a couple of times a week and I just noticed that the backside wall of the hill is separating from the soul, I tried calling, left a message, when On Line left a another message and I have not heard back from them. The shoes are too expensive for that to happen for someone that does not wear them often.

Do your homework before making this purchase

Sizing is not right, shoes run a full size big. I wear a men’s size 12 in every shoe I ever worn and these shoes were way to big. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size but the shipping was 40 dollars to return them. No thanks keep them and I’ll find a better company to do business with. Also, 30 day comfort guarantee is absolutely ridiculous. The requirements are to wear them on a clean carpet. Please do your homework before making this purchase.
