HP Needle Valves 30k psi

Needle valves in straight through, 90° angle or 3 port configurations. Made from AISI 316L / EN 1.4404 stainless steel for maximum life and safety weep holes on all the connection ports. The robust valve design and high-quality sealing materials together with glass fibre filled PTFE packing ensures long lasting seal operation and integrity. The compact design makes them ideal for mounting into the control panels where space is often limited. The handle connects onto a non-rotating spindle prevents seizing and scoring of the sealing surfaces regardless whether the valve is opened fully or partially, used often or infrequently. A safety feature of the valve is the blow-out proof design, which physically holds the lower part of the spindle in place if pressure containment is compromised. There is a mechanical stop for the handle to reduce the risk of the unintentional loosening of the bonnet, plus a cap to protect against dust ingress. Quick assembly and disassembly of the handle is simple due to the self aligning design.
