2013662 - Error: "HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable" displayed when browsing the FC website under IIS -FC

After deploying the FC web site, it's not possible to connect to it. The following error message "HTTP 503 - Service Unavailable" is displayed.
The application pool associated is started with a windows domain account defined in the identity parameter.
After browsing the site, the application pool is stopped automatically.
The following error message is found on the windows event viewer of the web server:
