The Citroen C3 measures 3,981 mm in length, 1,733 mm in width, 1,604 mm in height, and has a 2,540 mm long wheelbase.The hatchback also has a commendable ground clearance of 180 mm, and a 315 litre boot space.Engine specs

The C3 is being offered with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine putting out 82 PS and 115 Nm as standard, along with a turbocharged version of this engine that belts out 110 PS of max power and 190 Nm of peak torque. The former can only be had with a 5-speed manual transmission, while the latter gets a 6-speed MT as standard, with no optional automatic gearbox on offer at launch.Features & SafetyThe features on offer with the Citroen C3 include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 4 speakers, a digital instrument cluster, audio and call buttons for the steering wheel, powered windows, manually adjustable driver’s seat, LED DRLs, front and rear USB chargers, etc. The safety tech includes dual frontal airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, speed sensitive auto door lock and a high-speed alert system.Expected price & RivalsPricing for the new Citroen C3 is expected to start from around Rs 5.5 lakh, going all the way up to Rs 8.5 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom). Upon arrival, the C3 will directly rival the likes of Maruti Suzuki Ignis and Tata Punch, while it will also give competition to affordable sub-compact SUVs like Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.
