The 247PPH.com pay per head website has changed over the years. At present, it looks very clean and modern. However, there is not a lot of information available. The description of their services is too vague. There are fewer pages and less info than their old site. Even worse, there were so many grammatical errors made. Some pages also had no content. It was kind of distracting, and odd. With a company as established as they are, they must surely have an editor on hand to review these things, right?
Hopefully, the actual bookie software will have better content and options. Let’s take a look and see if their bookie software has gone through an overhaul as well.
When you read tutorials on how to be a bookie, one of the first things they teach you is how important it is to choose the best bookie software. So when you look at a provider, make sure that you take a look at every aspect of their operation, beginning with the registration process. Signing up with them is still the same as before. You fill out a form and they will email you with your log in credentials. However, we had to wait quite a while to get the email. We had to use the live chat option with an agent to have them resend our log in details. This is not a good first impression if you are already facing these problems right on the get go.
When we finally got the email, we were able to log in to the site and check out their software. They offer a free trial so they never asked us for a deposit. But after the trial period, you will have to pay at least $7 per player. They have a premium package set at $10 that adds more features such as live betting, props betting, and a virtual and live casino. The base price is pretty bare-bones, and the premium price is a bit too steep. We know of other sportsbook pay per head providers that offer similar features to the premium package at half the price.

Their agent platform now looks modern and has a lot of colors making it visually pleasing. We like how the colors help distinguish the sections of the page and the menu- it makes it easier to use. However, there are times that the pages would load slowly, and this is another red flag to consider. There are times in line management when every second counts, especially if you need to adjust your odds, and delays like this can cost you.
We did find it interesting that you have a player watch feature that allows you to follow your players activity in real time. This could be a nice risk management feature. If you are also concerned about certain wager prices, you can set up alerts. Email alerts are fee, and you can also configure telegram alerts. However, if you want sms alerts, there is a small fee per message.
Overall, their bookie software is pretty much average in terms of their product offerings. There is nothing new or innovative that sets them apart.
Player Management
The player website looks visually pleasing as well. However, we encountered the same delays in loading pages as with the bookie software. The delay is very noticeable to players. And this could be something that would make your players worry, especially when they are placing time-sensitive wagers such as live bets.
And if your players are using the basic package, the sportsbook will be pretty lacking in betting options. Without prop bets and live betting alone, you are limited to placing traditional wagers on sports events. While they cover a lot of sports leagues and events, it will not make up for a limited number of betting options. Thus, if you want your players to have access to a complete sportsbook, the $10 package would be your option.

247PPH.com positions themselves in the mid to high-tier level in terms of pricing. At $7 per player, they offer quite a vanilla portfolio. It is not until you opt for the more expensive $10 per player that your players will gain access to products like live betting, live dealers, and prop betting. If you compare this with other providers, you can find complete features, even prop bet builders, included at a lower price like $5 per player. Regarding the price, we think that there are more affordable options that give better value for your money.
As for the software, we find it average in terms of offerings, but visually pleasing. However, the delay in loading of pages in both the agent and player platforms is something you should keep in mind. When things get busy, and you have to make revisions in real time, these delays can cost you. Your players may also be concerned about the time it takes for some pages to load. Again, these can cause delays in your players viewing lines or placing wagers, something you do not want your players to experience. Given the other providers that you can find in the market, we think that you should explore other providers that have well-made websites. At their price point, you can find more affordable software that does not lag when you need to load pages.
